A Chrome bag caught my eye at REI one day. I loved the design but not the color. So, I decided to reverse-engineer it! I bought it, kept the tags on, and meticulously measured every dimension. I hand-drafted my own sewing pattern, built my own replica bag, and ended up with something I consider better than the original.
